In 1969, the Mustang Mach 1 was introduced as Ford's performance model that not only offered improved performance, but also great style. One of the most recognizable features on this Mustang's long hood was the Shaker System.

Now, you can give your 2011-12 Mustang GT an intimidating, classic look with the CDC Shaker System and its pronounced, cast aluminum hood scoop. Not only will your Mustang look better, but this component also works as a completely functional Cold Air product that will boost performance with an increase in horsepower.

• Includes shaker assembly, all necessary mounting hardware, hood cut-out template, detailed installation instructions and duct-work for a seamless, professional installation.
• The same care has been taken in giving this shaker system the ability to endure the adverse weather conditions found in year-round driving! Our advanced water management system is specifically designed to divert the elements away from your engine!
• The CDC Mustang Shaker System utilizes the factory air box so engine recalibration is not necessary, leaving your emissions unchanged and warranty intact. For optimum performance, we recommend the use of a high-flow air filter (not included).
• The Shaker installs using your stock aluminum hood which has a factory-stamped recess in the hood's inner layer. (This element was included by Ford specifically for the CDC Shaker to maintain the structural integrity of the hood after the hole has been cut). Also works with the factory strut tower brace!
